    Donation sections are designed to:

    • Clearly explain the purpose and use of funds

    • Link securely to approved third-party donation platforms

    • Avoid urgency tactics, pressure, or manipulation

    Funds are processed and deposited directly through platforms selected and managed by the campaign

  • Campaign websites are built on Squarespace to ensure stability, accessibility, and easy handoff.

    Typical ongoing costs (paid directly by the campaign):

    • Website hosting: $23–$33 CAD per month

    • Domain name: approximately $15–$25 CAD per year

    • Email (optional): $0–$8 CAD per month

    • Online donations (optional):
      No monthly fee, with per-donation processing fees set by third-party providers
